An 80-acre multi-use campus housing manufacturing, administration, greenhouse operations, and large-scale residential development. The first node in the Prytaneion network and the proof-of-concept for the tripartite community model.
The Farm is the foundation phase. The literal grounding of the entire seven-phase platform.
The first full terrestrial expression of the Prytaneion concept. A vertical, mixed-use, climate-influenced urban community on a prominent commercial corridor in the Kansas City metro area.
The architectural grammar is a tesseract form with a vertical micro-rainforest column running the full height of the structure, inward rainfall at the apex, four-directional cascading waterfalls, and multi-climate-controlled interior ecosystems.
A climate-controlled elevated corridor extending from Phase 2 above adjacent streets. Three tiers serve as community gardens, a nature preserve, and a dedicated inter-community transit corridor.
Drawing inspiration from The High Line and Morphosis, the Estrade is the connective tissue that allows the Prytaneion community to grow horizontally as well as vertically.
A purpose-built open-ocean Prytaneion community vessel. The first expression of the platform in the Sea domain. A self-contained community that replicates the tripartite fulfillment model in a fluid maritime environment.
Phase 5: Orbital Prytaneion. A geo-stationary galactic port in Earth orbit. The first Stars-domain Prytaneion node and a permanent platform for habitation, research, and deep-space transit.
Phase 6: Freedom Spaceship. The deep-space Prytaneion vessel that connects the Orbital platform to Phase 7.
The culmination of the Earth. Sea. Stars. vision. A fully operational Prytaneion community on Mars. The infinite expansion that establishes Prytaneion as a multi-planetary civilization company.
The final phase replicates the tripartite fulfillment model in an off-world environment, completing the arc from terrestrial foundation to interplanetary civilization.
