An 80-acre multi-use campus housing manufacturing, administration, greenhouse operations, and residential development. The ground-level proof of concept for the tripartite community model and an operational R&D laboratory for human society.
The first full terrestrial expression of the Prytaneion concept. A vertical, mixed-use, climate-influenced urban community on a prominent commercial corridor in the Kansas City metro.
